Greatnews is giving me bad news. The database is locked (error 5).

This persists even during database cleanup. Greatnews is completely unusable in this state.

I probably have about 150 feeds.

I've thus-far failed to find where the database is stored on disk: its not in the Application Data directory nor apparent in Program Files\Curio Studio.

I'm going to try exporting the OPML file, killing and reinstalling GreatNews.

Can you export a list of opml to me? Do you have a lot of feeds under tree root? Or have you enabled Automatic Update when greatnews starts?

Automatic update is on. GreatNews fixed itself yesterday. Was a new version released?

I do use folders, and it failed on all sorts of levels.

Where would I send my OPML file?

Can you send me the opml to greatnews@curiostudio.com?

I can run them under debugger, try to catch some abnormality. Thanks.

Hi Jack,
Is there a way to avoid using the Export menu option? After 30 minutes GreatNews is hanging and at 100% CPU.
