I really like GN. Are there any plans to integrate with Firefox as an extension?

Probably not. GreatNews has about 100K lines of C++ code. It's too much a effort to convert that to XUL even if it's possible.

I too would prefer to have my RSS reader integrated with Firefox.

Maybe you could create a Firefox extension that simply lets GreatNews do all the work but Firefox display the feed lists and web pages?

If I decide open source GreatNews that's mean I lost interests in it. How many dead open source projects on SourceForge? :wink:
