*Changed: Links under Help menu are now openned in GreatNews browser tabs. (Thanks Robin Siebler)
-Fixed: A bug brought in by build 357. Fail to create channel groups.

just an advice:
GN can open new tab to browse in GN while a user clicks url(s) during TAB browsing(Please refer to sina RSS reader rss.sina.com.cn)
(or there is an option allowing users to do so)
(ps. users can open a new tab to browse the url site while click+shift key)
that would be better.

There're already a zillion ways in GreatNews to open links in current tab, new tab, background, foreground, external browser, etc etc. Even myself don't remember all these combinations. I guess every reader out there has its own way of reading news. It's impossible for GreatNews to simulate every of them.
