Myself uses FireFox as default browser. But unfortunately FireFox doesn't officially support to be embedded into other applications.

The cleanup function only deleted articles, not feeds themselves. Did you get any error msg during cleanup?

I'm not sure this is the right forum for this question? GreatNews is an offline rss reader. It doesn't sync with exchange server or outlook.

I'm not sure what do you mean "liquid layout"? gtsoftbox and justauser posted several advanced stylesheet with embedded javascripts, which might do some tricky stuff you want. You can checkout how they did those.

GreatNews is still one of the most useable rss readers I tried, and I've stuck to it for years. I don't think it actually needs many new functions, it's great the way it is. It's a little unfortunate that the many bars (toolbar, viewbar, searchbar, internet explorer bar, status bar) can't be switch...

can you be more specific? Are you seeing some IE version dependent rending problem? Currently GreatNews requires IE6 or above. It will be hard to update to IE7 because many corporate users are still using IE6.
