Re: GreatNews 1.0.390-ktm

Has anyone got any pointers on how I get this source code? I downloaded the source 7z file but it won't open with 7z or winzip. They just tell me its an invalid archive. I'm both curious about the code and want to disable a couple of features, so having the source would be a good start! Thanks Steve

Content Filters

Just a suggestion... some of the feeds I subscribe to are plagued with spam; people selling mobile phones and other 'services'. It would be useful if I could filter these out and have them suppressed from the list of articles. Something simple would do... perhaps a list of keywords so I could drop a...

GreatNews Crash

I suspect I'm doing something stupid here, but I attempted to drag and drop a news article in to a label by clicking on the topic title, dragging in to the required label category and dropping. When I do this, I get a general eception (0x00000005) and GreatNews crashes. I'm using version 1.0.0.376 o...

Sorry, should have looked for that.

As it came "out of the box" the news list wasn't visible and I didn't go look for it because the default layout looked so attractive.

Article order

Some of the feeds I subscribe to are online forums. When they get updated, the articles are presented in "newest" to "oldest" order, which means that, if I want to follow a thread, I have to scroll to the end of the list and read backwards. Is there any way to change the order such that the oldest i...
