I added the option to disable tabbed browsing in Build 327. You can get the latest build in nightly build area.

Is it possible to maybe have a toggle for this, to switch between middle-click opening in a new window or a new tab?
(maybe just have a 'tabs enabled' toggle, and when it is off no tabs get opened at all - only windows).

I use tabs in firefox lots, but I like reading actual pages in firefox, not through the RSS reader.

Thanks for your consideration.

Ravi, I plan to add CTRL+Click to simulate middle button. It's the behavior FireFox users might expect.

Middle-click should create a new tab and load the link on that tab. You don't need to press CTRL+T first. The problem you are experiencing might be a bug in GreatNews. Please let me know the url of the problemtic feed. Thanks -Jack

When using middle-click, it will still load the clicked item(blog entry) in current tab. If I wanna load it in a new tab, I have to create a new
tab by using Ctrl+T first. And select the new tab, then middle-click the blog entry, it will be loaded into that new tab.

Then why not integrate this two steps into one? If you middle-click a blog entry, it will create a new tab atuomatically first,
and then load the content in that tab?

Thanks for your great work on GreatNews :)
